I think I was still pretty close to this situation, so it was kind of hard to write about clearly. I’m so grateful someone could read and understand.

Every time I encounter or read about a man who understands, or even tries to understand sexual assault, some tiny part of me starts thinking about coming back to life. I don’t know if it was being raised mormon, or…what — I expect men to dismiss these concerns every time, and when they don’t…! I don’t know how to express this in words right now.
