Insomniacs unite!

This beautiful method, plus tensing and relaxing each body part (the first time around), plus breathing in for 5 seconds, pausing for 3 seconds, breathing out for 5 seconds, thinking of a novel thing I'm grateful for - these are the only methods that have really helped me. They take discipline, though.
