In the context of this subject, here is the difference between men and women:

Women are generally turned off by an unwilling/unconscious partner. If he doesn't want us to touch his body, we generally don't want to touch his body, either. If he doesn't give consent, we don't want to proceed. If he's too drunk, asleep, frozen with fear, we're like, ok, cool, no sex tonight (this is how it works for me, anyway, other women can chime in here if they want.)

Men are often still very turned on by an unwilling/unconscious partner. They're happy to touch a body that doesn't want to be touched, an unconscious body, a body that is frozen with fear.

So, yes, women can be entitled - but they don't often feel entitled to other people's bodies. And yes, women can be self-centered, but their sexual pleasure usually isn't. That's why it's fairly rare for women to rape men.
