I'm with you - my female friendships are so much more satisfying than my romantic relationships with men!!! I get so much more from them, they're more responsive, they understand that other people have feelings and that other people's feelings are real. I feel for many men because they don't seem to have the same connections, in part because they don't do the work.

Sometimes I wish I weren't heterosexual.
