I, a woman, would miss men if they disappeared for 6 months. I like men.

But your premise is a bit silly. If any 50% of the population disappeared for 6 months, it would cause chaos. Men would hate women's jobs (child and elder care, for example, there's a lot of filth and exhaustion there, too) as much as women would hate men's jobs.

Also, I think it would probably be a better world if we mostly rode bikes. Sure, I'd like some gas for big public transport projects - I like to travel - but our obsession with personal vehicles is really messing with the environment and our health - riding bikes would be preferable.

But yeah, overall, of course we'd miss men if they disappeared. Men can be wonderful. But I think I'd much prefer a world without men to a world without women.
