haha I will. I do have to say, be mindful of set and setting! In January of this year, I got it in my head that I'd do a little DIY psychadelic therapy and what followed was the worst 6 hours of my life. Getting caught in a cycle of covid paranoia + mourning the deaths of several loved ones I lost in 2020 + my own trauma = a rough couple of hours! Still, as you said, the next day I felt oddly refreshed. Works out the demons, I guess.
