EVERY sign of early pregnancy is also a sign of PMS! And I didn't even think about how they're going by the medical definition of 6 weeks, which why do they even fucking count from the last period anyway, it makes no sense!

I almost died from an ectopic pregnancy when I was either 8 or 12 weeks along (even my doctor couldn't tell me) and I had no idea I was pregnant because I had a bit of bleeding around period time, so I thought, "oh, that was a light period. Nice." and went about my merry business. Plus, we'd been actively trying NOT to get pregnant, and I was nearly 39, so it seemed reasonable to believe I wasn't pregnant. And let me repeat, I was either 8 or 12 weeks along!

The only people who know for sure they're pregnant at 6 weeks are usually those who are actively trying to concieve and take a pregnancy test right away, and still they don't find out until they're 4 weeks along (by the medical definition).

Anyway, I love you, I love your writing, thank you for spelling all of this out for the people who don't know.
